“Good Location for a St Johns Stay”
Good location with easy walk to many restaurants. Spacious room. Quiet and comfortable. Nice friendly vibe both staff and guests. Tasty homemade items included in the breakfast. Parking in the street was easy with plenty of space.

Great breakfast. Loved it when the coffee grinder stuck and a McGiver wannabe used a fork to fix it and coffee bean pellets went from one end of the dining room to the other.

Restored home in downtown St. John’s. Location is beautiful. The owners had snacks, coffee and water available in dining area. I didn’t see anyone When I was getting this which I enjoyed since I’m not a morning person!

The location is perfect for downtown exploring. Right across from Government house park and around the corner from coffee shops and Bannerman brewpub. Rooms are spacious, and the continental breakfast always had great options.
