“Good but terrible first impression”
Help was available when I needed it, bed very comfortable, quiet, really close to downtown. Chef at The Roses cooked great full breakfast.

“We really enjoyed St. Johns the accommodations were a big mess.”
We were booked to stay at the Jellybean but due to errors on their part there was not an accommodation to suit our needs and we were transferred to a basement suite in the Red Rose. Luckily the beds were clean and comfortable.

“Likely not returning here.”
Location was good but the parking was dicey. Historic part of St. John’s, NL Good breakfast from friendly Newfoundlander, cook, Norm. Tea & coffee available in upper kitchen all day.

The breakfast was good, but a bit monotonous. Same thing every day, we stayed 5 days so would have appreciated a little different. Also I have celiac so was assured there would be cereal, pastries etc but didn’t get any. However I did get gf toast and the chef was great at making eggs in the morning , so ok

“A wonderful welcome to St John's. Thank you.”
Convenient location and access to downtown as well as main roads out of town. We had the use of a car. We paid for the church parking and it was easily accessible. The bedding and towels were clean and most comfortable. Staff were so kind, friendly and took care of everything.
