“Best place to stay in St Johns!”
It was cozy, very clean, had everything we needed and more. Perfect when we arrived after a long exhusting flight. Neighbourhood was beautiful and location perfect (near Avalon mall). We absolutely loved our stay!

The apartment was very clean and quiet. She supplied the basics and more. Having a washer and dryer was great and again she supplied detergent, dryer sheets, and even bleach. I stayed in the winter and the driveway was cleared and a bag of salt was even left in the apartment for me. Great host. Highly recommend.

This rental was AMAZING!!!! It saved our trip. It was SO nice to stay in this apartment after being in hotels for several days. We were so pleasantly surprised that the apartment was equipped with the following: paper towel, kleenex, some hot cereal, coffee, tea, laundry soap, hand pump soap at both sinks and wifi. The laundry machines are brand new and wonderful! The location is FANTASTIC! 5-10 minutes to downtown and 4 minutes to a 24 hour Sobey's. We LOVED the Sobey's. Lots of good veg and fruit and hot food options. It was roomy and comfortable. Host was lovely and available by text. Loved that this was a basement because it was nice and cool and dark at night in the summer so perfect for sleeping. And it was quiet. The bed in the first bedroom is VERY comfortable!
