“A very nice stay with friendly staff and cool ambience”
Ambience was great. Staff were friendly and attentive. Hotel hallways were quiet. Decor was fun. Wish I could have experienced more of the amenities but time did not allow.

Everything was awesome; I can't wait to go back. Also, I would recommend to anyone. I had a great weekend. The show was great. The food was great. The bars were fantastic. Loved my stay more than I can say.

The JAG is an absolutely beautiful-looking hotel with lots of gorgeous lounge spaces to connect and relax. The staff were lovely. The 8th-floor bar was incredible! Overall, our room was comfortable and clean.

My sister and I stayed here for a night over the Christmas period and we absolutely loved it. The room had everything we needed and more, and the pool/hot-tub and sauna was so nice and clean, with views of the harbour. Customer service was great - allowed us an early check-in and late check-out with no extra cost. Our stay was excellent value for money.

Room was comfortable and stylish! It has all necessities (shampoo, shower gel, hair drier). Personnel is great and friendly. We went to eat at restaurant and it was a life music night.
