“Unexpected pricing”
Excellent choice of original painting in foyer/lobby. I suggest same level of art at all Steele locations puchased from reputable galleries to take centers to a new level beyond mundane maintenance upgrades to approach 5 star rating. Note: Paintings for businesses are a FULLY tax deductible expense.

“My wife and I have stayed at The capital many times. It is one of our favourite hotels in the city.”
The breakfast was very generous. I had ham with the traditional breakfast and I was pleased to see that it was an actual slice off a real ham, rather than a slice of processed ham roll. The service in Jack’s was very efficient and courteous.

“Not good”
On website it stated Breakfast was free. Nothing free here $11.00 plus. That was a ripoff. I did not order breakfast. Soap and shower products outdated. No shampoo and no shower wash. No microwave in room???, Toilet paper was like some cheap paper product, it would not hold together, I will not stay here again. Thank you.
