“Wouldn't stay here again under any circumstances”
Convenient location for downtown St. John's IF you are mobile. Street parking close to location. Unfortunately property is a few steps away from a park with a lot of people with obvious issues. The bed linen ok.

“Lovely stay”
I liked the location, although it is up some very steep street so if you have mobility issues that could be an issue. I had a sea view from my room which was lovely. It was a great sized room and the bathroom also very spacious.

Amine, the caretaker was very hospitable and welcoming. I enjoyed my stay here very much and would 10/10 go again. I had a gorgeous view of the St. John's harbour and signal hill, too!

Everything! When I talked it up to my buds many already stayed there! all good!! Quiet! Will stay there again! Didn’t meet anyone on the place in 3 nights, kinda missed chatting w local. Room 5 overlooks the harbour and sunrise…. Very nice

I enjoyed my stay overall. I got a homey feel from the room I got on the third floor. The view from my window was really pretty. I liked that the room came with a fridge and microwave and coffee/ tea supplies. The communication with the staff over email was quick to respond.
