The spectacular setting, privacy and direct beach access . Watson and his crew where a delightful help and of course Snowy the Yorkie.

The place was really neat, clean and well organised and we honestly had everything we needed and more, and when I say everything I really mean it! There were lots of nice sweets and chocolates and you could tell they were good quality, they had board games, puzzles, crayons, everything! The beach view was beautiful and the backyard was great for the kids to play (they loved the soccer ball). One of the best parts was waking up and seeing dolphins. The host was also kind enough to offer us late checkout for a couple of hours which was amazing. We even had a relaxed braai with a view :) We'll definitely be coming back.

Such friendly staff. Having the beach as your backyard is crazy. Everything you needed was there. Snowy the dog visited us a few times which was cute. If you want peace and comfort this is the place.

We enjoyed the hospitality of our hosts Jaco and Karien with team. Thank you. The attention to detail and personal touch of Karien, was highly appreciated. It was a feel of home. The ambiance was so peaceful. Just what we needed. The venue, location all truly a hidden gem of a place. We saw dolphins and seals playing in the bay. That was awesome to witness.

Everything! Karien is amazing! She communicated well and went over and above to make sure that our stay was comfortable and that we had everything that we needed in the unit. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the sound of the crashing waves at night was bliss.

Had a great time, the location is amazing

I had booked Sandspoor way in advance and paid 50% deposit as per the requirement. My booking was made about 6 months in advance for a busy period in Dec, commencing 20th Dec, which includes flights already booked to CT. On 3rd December, I messaged the host to just confirm if all was in order only to discover to my shock and horror that she stated she could not find my booking. Apparently, my booking was canceled. Then she said she made another booking too. If I did not message, I would have got to the accomdation with no actual accommodation! I understand human errors occurred, but do we not do proper accounting. The host then offered me a tiny little room that had no self-catering equipment. What disappointed me was that she admitted that I made the booking 1st but chose to give the booking to someone who booked more nights. I booked 3. At the last minute I had to go scrambling around to find alternative accommodation. I was very disappointed because i had to pay a much higher rate for new accommodationelsewhere as im now booking at the last minute which was an absolute struggle to find. .

Location Location Location, the most beautiful, peaceful, and serene cottage, right on the beachfront. Karien and Jaco have created a very special place for holiday makers. Their attention to detail can not be faulted! This was a week of bliss. Good for your soul! We loved our stay.

Absolutely loved this place. The access to the beach, the nature, the peace and quiet but best of all the attention to detail we received from Karien, our hostess. She went out of her way to make our stay as memorable as possible. Even the staff were very professional and friendly. We will most definitely be back. Literally a piece of heaven on earth!

Complimentary homemade choc chip cookies, spices, milk, teas, coffee, friendliest staff, neat and orderly, Everything you need to make you feel like your home away from home.
