I loved the whole set-up of the house. Everything was nice and comfortable. We also really liked how peaceful and quiet the area was, just what we needed to relax. The best part was the sea view from the stoep and the rooms. The owners are very friendly and made us feel so welcome. It really is the perfect weekend getaway. I will definitely go again.

Ek het onlangs by Mariblu in St. Helenabaai gebly en dit was 'n wonderlike ervaring. Die ligging is pragtig en bied ’n rustige atmosfeer, perfek vir ’n wegbreek van die stad se gejaag. Die verblyf self is baie netjies en goed ingerig – die beddens is veral baie gemaklik en van hoë gehalte, wat vir ’n goeie nagrus sorg. Die geriewe is uitstekend en alles wat jy nodig het vir ’n gemaklike verblyf is daar. Dit is duidelik dat aandag gegee is aan detail, en die plek word goed onderhou. We needed a short break from the City before school started and this turned out perfectly. The area is so beautiful, serene and peaceful. We enjoyed exploring the nearby beaches which for the most part, were deserted and icy cold although, addictive. One cannot get tired of the beautiful Atlantic sunrise and sunset against the mountain, which can be enjoyed from the porch. In Afrikaans, one would say "My siel het kom rus kry", which translates to "My soul came to find rest". The cottage is fitted with all necessities, it is beautifully and tastefully decorated and includes a beautiful novelty tin collection which adds to the homeliness. Our teenage daughter brought a friend along and the space comfortably housed 4 adults, with enough privacy for the girls. The area is safe enough for an early morning or midnight stroll and we felt safe enough to let our daughter go for her morning walk by herself. The hosts, Ina and Hans are two very special humans and they added to the appeal of St Helena Bay for us. We will definately be visiting often.

The stylish and well-equipped unit had everything we needed, including a cozy kitchen, DStv, and free Wi-Fi. The patio was our favorite spot to relax, enjoy the peaceful surroundings, and take in breathtaking views. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a quiet getaway, we’ll definitely be back

The place is extremely well maintained, neat, cozy and has everything you need. Hans and Ina as the hosts are lovely people and the view from the front porch is idyllic.

I recently stayed at a lovely property by the sea. It was impeccably clean, and the hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly. The tranquil surroundings made it a perfect getaway, and the sea views were simply breathtaking.
