“Perfect Holliday on the canal”
The property was outstanding. Right on the canal. My son was able to catch some sharks. Unbelievable views. Communication with the host was perfect and we were able to get the keys easily. An early check in time was allowed. Very good value for money.

The proximity to the water. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing self catering weekend. It was so nice that we didn’t even feel the need to eat out. It is so spacious. We were a group of 8 and the house never felt crowded, also nice to have our own bathrooms.

“Great 12 sleeper home right in the heart of the canals”
It is well situated and close to everything in town. It has large bedrooms each with on suite bathrooms. There is a nice outdoor seating area.

“What a treasure”
This is a stunning place. The photos don't do it justice. It has recently been renovated and is looking very smart. The bedrooms are large and beds comfortable. The whole place was perfectly clean. The entertainment area leads outside onto the dockside which is ideal on warms days/evenings. We enjoyed a potjie which we ate out on the waters edge. Another plus for us was that they had a dishwasher which makes things much easier. We also received our deposit the very next day. Thanks for an amazing time!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed, including comfortable bedding and clean towels. The rooms all have their own bathrooms and the kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove. There were lots of torches available for loadshedding. The binnebraai was especially useful as the nights were cold. The house is right on the canal with great views and has its own jetty. Checking in and out was easy and well communicated. Had some great meals at the nearby The Quays restaurant, which is a 10-15min walk away.

“Disappointing, dirty and overpriced!”
This is a panel handle house located at the back old and deteriorating property but is located on the canal. unfortunately it does not come with a boat or canoe or dinghy which is the reason you want to be on the canals.
