“Basically we chose badly .”
Owners very nice and breakfasts very nice. Room not up to standards we are used to. Shower area not good Lighting bad. Mirror so high- you needed a ladder to see in it. Scruffy outside area.Nothing much to commend it!

“Rude hosts”
The hosts were extremely rude. My friend visited for 10 minutes and I received a very rude message saying no visitors are allowed along with a pro forma invoice for an additional guest (bizarre). On anther occasion the hosts were very rude to my friend who was helping me bring my bag upstairs (despite me messaging about this in advance).

“Great One Night Stay in a Lovely Village”
A Nice B&B in a great location close to the village centre, walking distance of restaurants - St Francis Brewing Company was very goo but others seemed lively. Room was nicely self contained and ideal for a short stay. Breakfast was very good with decent coffee and the owner very welcoming. Great Value for Money and St Francis seemed a really nice place to visit

“One of the best in St Francis”
Anneke and Marc are super hosts. We have stayed here a few times over the years. Love the rustic individuality of the rooms. All spotless and comfortable. Breakfasts are great.
