Very bad experience. The rooms were dirty and smelled terrible, the service was awful, and the staff didn’t pay attention to anything. They also charge for services they don’t provide and make excuses not to return the deposit, even when you leave everything clean. This hotel is a complete disappointment; I absolutely do not recommend it, especially if you plan to come with family.

Nothing! The manager was very angry and upset because my workers needed an interpreter when they arrived. From the moment they arrived, they faced racial discrimination.

“my stay as well as my buddies and his wife SUCKED ASS,FEEL VIOLATED NEED LEGAL INPUT”
They charge $100 cash deposit but nobody told me about! They did a pre-authorization on my Visa card returned it then charged me for the room before I ever got there! They kept my hundred dollar cash deposit until 9:00 this morning even though I told them I would be ready to go at 6:30 or 7:00 this morning that would be when I would be leaving It was like I was held hostage for my 100$ to be returned and on top if it all that was my extra spending money for my trip I know for a fact that deposit could have been put on my card They have my cash and other customers cash as well to take and do god knows what with it. That has to be illegal

Why supply a kitchenette and NO cookware? People don't travel with pots and pans. Even average custome service DOES NOT charge you a 10 dollar fee for forgetting your key card in your room and needing a new one
