Overview
This St. Augustine, Florida bed and breakfast is adjacent to the 17th century Ximenez-Fatio House Musuem, and provides a hot breakfast every morning. “Homely and comfortable stay which exceeded expectations.”
My girlfriend and I had the most amazing experience at the Victorian House. The staff were so incredibly warm and inviting and helped us with booking tours and giving us tips on places to eat - the breakfast was delicious! The charcuterie and wine social was a very pleasant surprise. Our room was stunning and the staff kindly arranged for chocolate-coated strawberries to be in our room on our arrival to celebrate our babymoon - a most delicious surprise! I would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly, if we could have, we would have stayed longer!

“Beautiful, atmospheric old hotel near the heart of historic St Augustine”
Beautiful boutique hotel very close to the historic centre of St Augustine. Staff were exceptional and couldn't be more helpful. Common areas of the hotel are beautiful and very atmospheric. Room was very spacious, filled with character and quiet.

“Perfect Couple Stay”
It’s so old timey and cute, perfect for a couples get away. The location is great, just a small walk to St George’s Street and the parking is close by too.

“Victorian decor in a quiet, convenient location”
The savoury part of the breakfast was delicious but I think fresh fruit and possibly yoghurt should be offered. It is almost impossible to buy fresh fruit in St Augustine unless you have a car. Having coffee, cookies and a wine was a special bonus.

Old house, decorated with with old furniture. Feels 200 years back. Despite that everything required for today's comfort level is available. Nice, friendly team, good breakfast, complimentary beverages. What would you expect more?

“Great location, comfortable room, but very disappointing breakfast.”
For someone who doesn’t eat a cooked breakfast there was very little choice. The staff had little grasp of English making it difficult to understand my dilemma. No menu and no choice. Very disappointing.

Wine, beer and soft drinks available during your stay was a nice touch. Lovely breakfast in the very elegant dining room. Beautifully decorated and furnished property in a great location to explore St Augustine.
