This pirate-themed bed and breakfast is only 1 street from the Intercoastal Waterway and Saint Augustine’s famous Bridge of Lions. *This hotel is up one flight of stairs and has no elevator* The colourful rooms at The Pirate Haus Inn include a refrigerator and an en suite bathroom. Each room is air conditioned room and features free Wi-Fi. An all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast is served in the mornings at this St. Augustine hotel. Location was excellent, the rooms were spacious, communication with the staff was easy including directions on where to unload bags, value for money was great, and the theme was fun. Staff were lovely.

Location in the center of St. Augustine was great. Paid 15 Dollars per 24 hours for a parking place which was fair. We could enter the room at noon. Great. Also nice where the American pancakes in the morning which were individualized with our names on it. Thanks for that! Nice piraty decoration.

“One of our best stays ever!”
One of our most fun stays! Beautiful room with unique decoration, spacious and comfortable. Jenny was an amazing host, assisting us with the parking, treating us to freshly baked pancakes and coffee in the morning and giving us a much needed hand with the luggages up the stairs (no elevator). Location is excellent, literally in the heart of the historic center. Highly recommended and hopefully we’ll be back!

Central. Previous hostel and still feels like more of a hostel than a hotel. Furniture and fittings dated. Would be noisy at weekend and peak season but quiet when we were there. OK for a night but wouldn’t want to stay there for much longer.

I was looking for a more warm and inviting place to stay in St. Augustine this trip, and the Pirate Haus Inn was even better than I expected! The location is ideal for taking in the town, and indeed almost becoming part of the town while you are there. My room felt larger, more substantial, and more comfortable than the pictures and other reviews capture. Even though things are wonderfully whimsical, there is also a charming old-world solid feel to the place that I loved. If you want the warm welcome and homey feel of a bed and breakfast, but not the cost and pretentiousness, this is the place for you! I can't wait to come back next year!
