DISGUSTING! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! 🚩 Rating: 1/10 Review: This was the worst, filthiest, and most neglected place I’ve ever stayed in. Save your money and run! The Trap: Don’t let the high rating fool you. It’s based on their old complex. The "new" apartments are a disaster. Hygiene: The place is rotting and stinks. It was crawling with cockroaches and insects everywhere. Zero Sleep: Huge windows with no curtains at all. The sun hits your face at 6 AM. It's impossible to rest. Zero Service: The hosts are unresponsive. No cleaning, no support, and they simply don't care. Bottom line: A nightmare in Koh Phangan. Disgusting and unprofessional

I stayed at their new villas. This place is perfect for couples looking for a nice airbnb-like getaway. The place is new and feels well made, with tons of space, a nice bathtub, good view with a large window outlooking the forest from the bed. Staff were amazingggg (shoutout to Po!). They offer a free shuttle service from the villa to anywhere within 2 km (important to note that the villais located in a somewhat difficult road on the forest side of sritanu).

The location was great, within walking distance of beaches and amenities but just outside the hustle and bustle. Peaceful and quiet around the site, very pretty with the beautiful fish. Communication, friendliness and helpfulness was excellent throughout, both leading up to and during our stay. The free shuttle service was a lovely option.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, position is great, 5 minutes driving from everything. The rooms are clean and comfortable for the island standards. Overall, is probably one of the best at this price.

Great value for money!! Communication for reception was clear, beds are extremely comfy, there's even a free tuktuk service to take you to some beaches. Although we opt to rent scooters from the hotel directly.

The reception closes early and it is difficult to reach them. There was a blockage in the sink in the room. The stairs to the room are very dangerous. We asked for towels when we returned from the beach and they said the maid was not available.

The hotel is small and cozy, located in the most central area. The room is large and spacious and meets all our needs. The service at the hotel is exceptional, they help with everything you need, they respond to every request, there is a shuttle service that takes you around the hotel areas free of charge twice a day. The hotel staff is courteous, helpful, available and amazing. The villa complex is cozy, private and well-invested, even if there are small problems, they fix them right away, and everything with love and service.

“Brilliant exceeded expectations”
Thought my room was lovely, the service just went above and beyond everyone so helpful and welcoming, even to the point of making sure I could get where I needed to go so gave me a lift to an appointment and then a lift to my next stay, I have stayed so many places in Thailand and not had this level of service before made me feel very taken care of and made everything a lot easier logistically thank you so much I will come back again for sure.
