A balcony overlooking the lake where monitor lizards swam, kingfishers flashed blue and birdsong greeted us in the mornings. Having a little kitchen was a big plus. Good soundproofing, could not hear the other guests at all. Good friendly and helpful atmosphere created by the staff including the cleaners.

Great host! Bed was comfy, air conditioned room, balcony had a great view to the big lake. Great place to stay if you want to cook your own food. Kitchen was small but had everything you'd need to make a warm meal. Shops/bars/restaurants very close to the hotel too. Really nice beach (zen beach) is about 10-15mins walk away.

This review is for everyone who is looking for a nice place for a view days or long-term to work online. Make sure you get one of the upper apartments because how pleasant your stay stands and falls with your neighbours. And not all of them learned to pick up furniture and move them from A to B and rather constantly pull them any time of the day 20m across the floor. I'm very glad I am very flexible where, when and how much I work and didn't have to call clients or do any important calls this would have been embarrassing. Note: the owner offered me to change rooms which was really really nice but I was too lazy to pack all my stuff from the wardrobes and move my stuff, so I escaped to the nice cafés to work. This place can be an idyllic studio with a beautiful view but make sure nobody is above your head. Internet: Every apartment has its own router/connection. That's convenient. 2 work desks available

“Great choice”

Location was great and close to shops and food paces but away from parties so it was peaceful. Really clean and helpful staff. Loads of taxis that drive past.

Everything is modern and very clean. No smell of mold, what is a common issue in the area. The kitchen is a big plus.

Super lovely place by the lake and close to all the restaurants and cafes and the beach! Bed was so comfy air con worked perfectly, staff were super friendly. Had an issue with the tap and it got fixed about 2 mins after I messaged. Very responsive and helpful.

“Great spot and everything i needed for 6 days”

I was there for 6 nights while doing a course, the location was perfect for me, in the middle, close to restaurants, shops, cafes and a quick walk to the beach. the lake view was lovely and relaxing. room was very clean and comfortable, big tv and great hot water. would definitely stay there again :) Miss nook was a super amazing with any questions i had and moving from their other location at nice sea view resort on the beach. thank you!

“Ok for a night or 2.”

Nice big room & bed . Friendly manager Safe not working & when we told manager, she said she’d fix it the next day! And nothing was done. Room looked like it had just finished being built with plaster tape etc still around the doors.

Very modern and clean. Loved it after quite terrible places on the island. View of the lake was great and super chill. Very close to everything. Recommend getting a bike or bicycle
