Hin Kong Sunset Beach House was a fantastic little home away from home for us. Nadege is a great host and nothing is too much trouble for her to arrange. Every little touch has been thought of to provide a very comfortable and relaxing stay. We loved having some downtime hanging out on the deck watching the world go by as well as exploring Koh Phangan which surprisingly ended up being our favourite island. Some great restaurants are just a short walk up the beach also.

Excellent location, near shops, restaurants and sitting right in front of the ocean! Quiet and peaceful, the property had everything I needed.

The location is absolutely perfect — right on the beach, with a beautiful, spacious balcony featuring a hammock and stunning sea views. It’s a peaceful and relaxing place to unwind, with easy access to everything you need nearby. The staff were very kind and helpful, always smiling and doing their best to make the stay enjoyable.

“Simple, relaxed bliss.”

Location, location, location. Staying right by the beach was just amazing. Waking up in the morning and having a coffee and our breakfast at the table on the deck was just lovely. The kayak under the house and the hammock was definitely my 6 year olds favourite. A few toys, card game and snorkelling gear was a special touch. The cabin was very clean and well decorated, with adequate amenities. The communication between owner and staff (checking and cleaning) were excellent. You had the choice to have your cabin cleaned every day, which doesn't happen in a lot of other places around the world. The fridge had a bottle of cold drinking water, and 2 drinks which was also a really lovely touch. It's all the small things that make our stay super comfortable and enjoyable.

What an absolute gem of a place. We loved our short stay and wished we had been able to stay longer. The hosts communicated really well, and check-in was easy. They also organised our taxi from the pier. Great location. We loved the big veranda and the hammock. We took the kayak out multiple times a day, too. The kitchen has all that you need, and you receive complimentary drinking water. Air con in the bedroom and the ceiling fan was great in the sitting room. TV has Netflix. Wifi great. 7/11 is just a short walk away and some fantastic restaurants nearby. One massage shop, too. We also grabbed a cab and headed to Muay Thai boxing in Thong Sala. Lots of taxis pass through the area. We can not fault the place and loved every minute. We would definitely return if we headed back to Koh Phangan.

The host was contactable via WhatsApp and very responsive each time we messaged. Met us on time and arranged for us to be met at the port and transported to the beach house. The beach house is 'incredible value for money' and the location is perfect! Couldn't ask for more for a beach front and vibe bungalow, that was very comfortable and fully equipped. Due to it being meters from the water front, you can enjoy a cooling breeze in the evening, or watch the storms out at sea with a glass of wine on the balcony. Perfect! Restaurants, bars and shops are minutes away by walking down the beach or via the road.

“Fantastic holiday house with all the service you need for a great holiday.”

We stayed for 2 weeks and loved everything about the house. Situated on the north end of Hin Kong beach, the house feels very private, with little footfall. The large veranda is incredible, we spend blissful hours on the hammock and couch. At out time of visit there was a constant breeze, making the temperature outside very comfortable. The interior is nicely decorated and very well stocked with everything you need, including the kitchen. Everything worked, and it was very clean.The house really delivered the best of two worlds: the space and privacy of a holiday home and the maintenance service of a resort. It got cleaned every day, towels and bed linen got changed, coffee and water was restocked, beach strip was cleaned everyday, and whenever we needed something the house keeper was at hand. We would not hesitate to come back.

Nice place well équiped. A little paradise. Just be aware that the sea is very low. Not à place to swim. Restaurant close and à 7 eleven which is convenient

This was the absolute BEST accommodation we stayed in during our holiday in Thailand. The owners are so friendly and met us when we arrived. They even provided us with a baby high chair, which was super handy. The house is awesome - right on the beach (which almost feels like your own private beach at times) and you can watch the sunset every day. The kitchen is more than fully equipped with everything you need, including fresh coffee and a big jug of water that gets refilled. The bedroom is super comfy. The villa has recently been renovated and feels brand new. The cleaners are really friendly and come everyday to change all the sheets and towels. The location is awesome as you can just walk to Indigo Cafe and 7-11 plus local shops and restaurants. We loved, loved, loved this house and even extended our stay longer. I've already recommended it to other friends as the best place to stay in Koh Phangan!
