“Disappointed”

We have arrived the property around 16:30 unfortunately the rooms were not ready as it mean to be check in between 13:00-14:00 was very disappointing bed sheets and bedding was dirty and disgusting Strongly advice not to go there

Very clean and comfortable room, easy to find with very helpful staff. 10 minutes walk to the Immigration Office for extending your tourist visa

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards, with the bathroom being particularly unclean. To make matters worse, the bathroom door had no proper lock, making privacy an issue, and the hot water shower was broken. When we raised these concerns and requested a room change, the owners were unhelpful and acted as if it was our fault. They refused to offer a solution or a refund, instead making excuses for the issues. Their attitude was unprofessional, making us feel as if we were trying to stay for free rather than being paying guests. I do not recommend staying here. However, if you must, make sure to inspect the room before making any payment, as the management is unwilling to take responsibility for their accommodations.

Vary poor and bad service

This was the WORSE hotel and service! Attention!!!!! The door of the building is closed after 10pm and YOU ARE LITERALLY LOCKED inside the building and there is no one there! If you want to come out after 10 or anytime at night you have to call the guy who is sleeping in one of the rooms to come and open the door for you to come out. So don’t even hope to be able to come out if there is emergency situation! PHOTOS HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE REALITY! Dripping from the roof when raining! Kitchen was very dirty! No blankets had to ask for it No kettle No tea or coffee inside the room Breakfast was not provided (they said the cook went home) I booked a room with air conditioning and when arrived they said i need to pay more if I want ac! Room was in the basement there are windows but you have a wall in front of the window with 10cm distance. It was the worse experience sleeping in the basement in a tiny room while you have the main door locked on you and no chance to come out untill you call and wake up someone to come and open it! This is unbelievable!!!

Be careful !!! I booked a room 2 days back and confirmed. Suddenly, they called me on that day around 4 pm and told me the room is not ready, so asked me to cancel the room, but at that time i was on the way with my family. the room confirmed is not really conform here, better avoid booking rooms here.
