Privat parking, friendly host, perfect location

Very clean, bright and modern apartment in the centre of the city. It is very well equipped and contains everything you need to stay, + convinient parking right behind the building. Nice views of historical buildings from the balcony. The host was very nice and helpful. Great restaurant within 100 meters of the building, 5 minutes' walk to the shopping areas, and 10 minutes' walk to the Sava River promenade and beach with cafes and bars.

A lovely clean new apartment with excellent facilities. Communication with the owner was straightforward and we were met on arrival at the apartment. There was a secure private parking place which was a bonus.

In a word, by all indicators - perfect! I will only add that a parking space in a locked courtyard is a huge plus.

Great communication, excellent location, easy check in, clean, tidy, well equipped. This was our 2nd stay here and we are looking forward to our next visit.

I like the town, tha fact that there is private parking and the apartment has all necessities in the kitchen and bathroom. This is rare. The view is also nice and the apartment is close to the city centre.

We received a very warm welcome and immediately felt at home. Very clean, cozy and bright apartment with all amenities for a comfortable stay. Secure, private parking was an extra bonus.

Fantastic apartment in Sremska Mitrovica. Great place in Sremska Mitrovica. New apartment with plenty of light and everything that you might need for a comfortable stay. There is an excellent restaurant (Santa) close to the building and the town centre is 2-3 minutes walk. Host was excellent in communication and making sure that everything was ready for us. Definitely a place where we would come back to stay and full recommendations!
