Very incompetent staff, no communication with the managers. Very loud parties on the ground floor and no possibility to sleep because of the beats.

“Desk Staff was amazing”
We were sad we could not use the breakfast that came with our room Because of all the cigarette smokers in the restaurant. Also the party that happened downstairs one night sent cigarette smoke up into our room. We chose a nonsmoking room because of our allergies.
