“Staff behaviour is very 😞”

​I had a very unpleasant experience with Green Leaf Guest House. I had a confirmed booking with an advance payment for a 12:00 PM check-in. Since I traveled from Dhaka and arrived early around 8:00 AM, I called the reception simply to ask if we could leave our luggage there for a few hours so we could explore the area. ​The behavior of the staff was shockingly unprofessional. Instead of being helpful, they showed a massive ego and treated us as if they were doing us a huge favor. They clearly lack the basic manners and etiquette required to work in the hospitality industry. ​Because of their rude attitude and "don't care" behavior, I felt extremely unwelcome and was forced to find another resort to stay in. I would strongly advise travelers to avoid this place if you value respect and good service. There are plenty of better options in Sreemangal where guests are actually treated with courtesy.

After a long trip, I liked the kindness of the staff (Ashik, Prosanto, Rupok) and their listening. They were welcoming and helpful. Nice local decoration very unique in the guest house, close to all transport and different visits in Sreemongal. Travellers enjoy staying in Green Leaf Guest House.

Though booked from booking.com, I could not stay as they informed no vacancy when I called them one day later from booking. It's totally fraud. I learned new types of fraud.

I booked the hotel for staying from 1st Oct. on 25th Sep and bought a bus ticket to Sreemangal. I received a message from the hotel on 30th Sep at night saying they have no room available for my stay. I gave up the trip and the bus ticket without any refund. They should have informed me about the room availability right after my booking.

Great family atmosphere, very cozy, clean, large choice of rooms, and people are really nice , welcoming & helping for everything you need . I really recommend this place, I really liked it ! For info : the economic rooms don’t have hot water , and breakfast is not available.

Outlook was outstanding, decor was bit of exclusive comprising relevance with the place having been visited. Reception was not bad. Overall, good, the word will come to mind in the remembrance of the stay.

Considering the price and location, the property truly does justice. I stayed in a single-bed room, which was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful too.

The only advantage of this inn is that it is very close to the railway station. You can reach the station in just 10 minutes by walking and you will find good restaurants nearby.

I recently stayed at Green Leaf Guest House and had a wonderful experience. The staff were very polite and welcoming. The rooms were clean, well-organized, and comfortable. Their service was excellent and very professional. Overall, my stay was truly pleasant. I would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place to others.
