overall service is better. but they will improvise online booking communication with boarder. if they feel insecure for booking boarder, in that case they should taken advanced payment from customer during online booking time . if costomer will cancel booking, in that duroing time line, they will be impose some panelty money.

The hotel staff were really kind and helpful. The location was good - pretty central but also quite quiet. One of the cleanest budget places I’ve stayed in Bangladesh.
