I was honestly surprised by the level of the hotel — the facilities, the overall setup, and especially the way everything is organized. What stood out most was the staff (many thanks for Tatiana, she was very helpful). The local team is very well trained, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Having lived and traveled in around 40–45 countries, I rarely come across this level of service. It was a very pleasant experience overall.

We stayed at a hotel in Shamakhi with our family and three children, and our experience was truly wonderful. The service was excellent — the staff were attentive, polite, and always ready to help. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and cozy, creating a relaxing atmosphere for both adults and children. The hotel has a large, beautifully maintained green territory, perfect for walking, spending time outdoors, and enjoying nature with the family. We were pleasantly surprised when the hotel complimentarily upgraded our room category, and also prepared a lovely surprise with treats delivered to our room — a very thoughtful and kind gesture. We chose full board, and the food exceeded our expectations. The cuisine was delicious, with a varied menu and very fresh, high-quality dishes. We would also like to express our sincere thanks to Amil and Gunel for their prompt assistance, constant availability, and genuine care throughout our stay. Our family vacation was warm, comfortable, and truly memorable. We would be happy to return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

I enjoyed a luxurious and comfortable stay at the Shamakhi Palace Resort in Sharadil. The staff were wonderful, and all our requests were met. The resort is spacious and offers many activities for adults and children. I enjoyed horseback riding, archery, bowling, and much more. The buffet was varied and delicious. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Azerbaijan.
