“Better than Tru by Hilton”
The wife liked the bathtub. I liked the fact that there was a microwave and mini fridge in our room. I especially loved the coffee maker in our room.

None of it and how they turned us down at 4:30 am knowing we have traveled over 12 hours just to make it another 5-1/4 more hours to make it to my little sisters wake, due to the fact that she past on a few days prior to that. Due to the fact that it wasn't a Mastercard and it was only a visa debit is I think very minor but other then that ive got clue.

It was nice a quiet for the location and I had easy access to get back on the road for work the next day. The pub attached had great food and service as well.

“Certainly not family friendly and would appeal more to a long haul trucker that just wants a clean b”
There is no elevator to the second floor and Halls are very long and almost as if a maze. The hotel has been added to possibly a few times making it almost impossible to remember how to get in or out of your room. I felt that it was a fire trap if ever there was a fire. Having said that the interior of the rooms were nice and clean. The restaurant on site was a little better than disgusting. And certainly didn't feel like a safe area at all

“Restful Room for a Reasonable Rate!”
The receptionist was welcoming and helpful- our room cozy and comfy; the restaurant was enjoyable and the food reasonably priced plus the parking was abundant, well lite and safe!

Loved that it was so quiet, very clean. It was only 15 minutes away from West Edmonton Mall. The staff was very polite and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. Didn't hear the music from the club that is attached to the building until u get to the lobby.
