The man that checked us in was very kind and friendly and checked us fast. Nice guy 👍 The breakfast was decent. The location was right next to the highway. The overall exterior of the place looks fine and inviting.

“Ideal and fairly economical place to stay if you plan to spend a few days in Springfield.”
I had a very enjoyable stay. The room was comfortable and clean, and I could park my car just outside the door of the room. The grounds are attractive. The breakfast room was well supplied with a variety of choices. I was also satisfied with the exercise room, and the laundry room-- two features I value in a hotel. Very central location, with lots of shops, restaurants, etc. nearby. I will definitely plan to stay there again on my next trip to Springfield.

If you put this hotel in another location, it would be perfect! This iconic, single story hotel has been kept very clean, updated and staff is excellent! Well groomed and doesn't feel like a typical "chain" hotel.
