“A must stay on route 66 don’t let the cheap prices fool you it is an excellent venue”
Clean comfortable, friendly helpful staff, breakfast was a relaxed pleasant environment. Free parking and plenty of information for the surrounding area. We would stay here again and recommend for anyone to stay

“Rubbish service”
nothing - they did not respond to any messages I did through Booking.com. I tried to call but using Whatsapp was unable to. Wanted to change the date of room as I had put in Springfield Illinois in the booking.com search engine but for some reason this Springfield Missouri hotel came up - so an error on my part, but if we could change the dates to two nights ahead it would work out. NO RESPONSE at all from the hotel. Very poor, will not recommend them at all.

Didn't even stay a hour there seen way too many cobwebs and spiders for it to be cleaned out daily will never go there or recommend it to any one would really like to get my money back but didn't want to argue or plead with front desk
