“Pleasant stay at a modern and clean hotel with hot tub and complementary breakfast”
Easy and quick check-in. The hotel had notices about construction on other floors, but we didn't hear anything. The hot tub was hot, the water was clear, and we felt it was one of the better conditions we've seen hot tubs at hotels. The room was modern and clean with a good layout for multiple people. We had no issues with the wifi.

Staff were very friendly and helpful right from the moment we walked in to the reception. Facilities were in very good condition, room was excellent. Quiet considering it's close to the freeway.

“Great staff, nice room, manager failed me!”
The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, whether in-person or by phone. I remember Cassandra because she did her best to assist me with an issue regarding my medication that I accidentally left in my room. Cassandra confirmed that the medicine had been refrigerated and went to retrieve it for me when I returned. However, someone had either taken or tossed the medication. Cassandra left a message for the manager and gave me his business card to follow-up. All of the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room size was surprisingly large and very comfortable.

The manager of the hotel, Mr. Mark was excellent in his hospitality and went way above & beyond the call of duty to arrange me a Vegan breakfast throughout my stay. Reception was very supportive as well.
