Overview
Situated 400 metres from the village centre of Spormaggiore, Hotel Alt Spaur offers an à la carte restaurant, a snack bar and mountain-view rooms. This hotel is a 5-minute drive from Spormaggiore Animal Refuge Park. Rooms have functional décor and wooden furnishings, and include a bathroom with hairdryer. Some have a balcony. Free Wi-Fi is provided in public areas. Homemade cakes, cold cuts and croissants, but also yoghurt are served for breakfast. The restaurant specialising in national cuisine is also open to the public. The Alt Spaur is 200 metres from a ski bus stop with links to the Andalo slopes, 12 km away. You can go sailing along Lake Molveno, 15 km from the hotel.

“Recommend, very good quality and very good price”
Very modern room, big bathroom, very clean, all the staff was amazing (from letting us eat right before closing the restaurant to giving us glasses and ice for a bottle of wine), breakfast was enough and the food from the restaurant was delicious and affordable. Comfortable bed, spacious balcony and the view was amazing (huge vineyard in the valley).

“Great and enjoyable place to stay”
We genuinely enjoyed every aspect of our stay. This is a charming, welcoming, family-run hotel with a warm atmosphere. Our room was extremely comfortable, with a fantastic mountain view. Despite the nearby road, it was impressively quiet thanks to excellent soundproofing. There were a few minor issues with the shower drainage, likely due to the accessible design for guests with special needs, but they were insignificant and did not affect our overall experience. The family who runs the hotel is exceptionally friendly and attentive. The restaurant and cuisine were outstanding. Ski lift is 13 minutes drive from the hotel. We would gladly return.

Great family run place. Recently renovated in a modern and functional manner. Spotles clean. Great breakfast and coffee. Plenty of free parking in front of the hotel. There is also a restorant downstairs, which serves delicious food.

“Friendly family run hotel with lovely restaurant.”
Albergo Spaur is a lovely family run hotel in the outskirts of the Dolomites. Best thing about the hotel is the really nice restaurant, don't miss out on it. We had a really nice dinner, everything with local connection and some good local wine with it.
