Easy access to everything. Franks Diner a restored vintage Northern Pacific railcar had excellent food and great ambiance.

“Close to downtown, the railroad, and the freeway.”
It's less than ten minute walk to the waterfront park in Spokane, so you won't have to try to find a place to park downtown and pay for parking. It's next to the railroad tracks but the tracks are up on a viaduct, so they trains don't honk their horns. If you want to be downtown and don't mind the occasional noise of freight train going by, this is a good location.

“So bad I didn’t even stay. We drove back home,3.5 hours away.”
We didn’t stay the night it was THAT bad. We tried to check in for almost an hour with no prevail. Between that and how BAD the hotel looked and rundown with chain link fence everywhere around it like it’s condemned. I drove us the 3.5 hours back home because I was not risking our safety.

Extremely noisy just adjacent to the railway. People shouting and fighting in the night. First time I felt actually unsafe. No offerings, not even coffee. Sheets had stains and bathroom had not really been cleaned either. Wifi not working properly. Will not come here again for sure.
