“Good place to stay for a night or two”
location great , room excellent but a little noisy being in main town area , not the fault of the property just idiots outside at night. Blinds not really functional at keeping out the light , so you wake up when sun rises , more for show than function. All else fine .

Watching people in the street gearing up for the big race(Bloomsday) was enjoyable. Loved the fact that there was no concierge. Walking to the river park and mall was easy and only a little scary; lots of lost souls downtown.

“Comfortable apartment, convenient for the convention centre”
A very comfortable little apartment opposite the convention centre and close to Riverfront park. Clean and well equipped including a washing machine and dryer. Access to the building and apartment is with a code, emailed the day before we arrived with clear instructions for each door. Nice artwork throughout the building.

“Comfortable stay near Spokane center if you are assigned the right apartment.”
The apartments are nicely located near Spokane center and close to the Health Sciences campus of WSU. The appartments are clean and well equipped, but are very different depending on which apartment you are staying. I stayed on the 2nd floor in an "inside" appartment with barely daylight in the first week, and then after immediately complaining, on the 4th floor with 5 windows in the 2nd week. Having booked and prepaid for 2 weeks I was thus 50% satisfied.
