“The response from the hotel regarding my deposit refund has been both delayed and inadequat”
On October 6, I paid a total amount of $214.76 by credit card at check-in, which included both the room charge and a $100 security deposit. At check-out, I was informed by the hotel staff that the security deposit would be refunded immediately. However, I have not yet received the refund. The response from the hotel regarding my security deposit refund has been both delayed and inadequate.

check in and out was fast with reservation. room was quiet and bed was comfortable. breakfast was very good and started at 6 AM, bonus for early doctor appointments.
