“The hotel is misleading — it is NOT pet friendly, they don’t accept cats, and no refund was given. I want a full refund.”
Nothing, as we were not even accommodated. What didn’t you like about the property? The hotel was listed as pet friendly, and I specifically booked it because I was traveling with my cat. However, at check-in the front desk informed me they only accept dogs and refused to accommodate us. This important information was not mentioned on Booking, even though the pet friendly status was the reason I chose this hotel. We lost both time and money, even though we had fully paid for the stay.

“Comfortable Atmosphere”
We enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel and room. We were grateful that we could buy the cleaning materials to clean our laundry without leaving the hotel. We enjoyed the coffee that was available in the reception area, as the pods and cups ran out in our room, however, it was empty on 2 occasions.

Accessible, parking was hard to find, they were pretty full. Staff was friendly area was clean on the perimeter as were the rooms. They served a very nice continental breakfast.
