It’s a very dated room and the sound proofing is very poor. The breakfast offering was unappealing and unhealthy. The female reception staff were very good and when I mentioned about the noise from the room above at checkout they gave me a discount voucher which I was very grateful for.

Everything was very good, location perfekt, beds comfortable, free parking at the location, very clean, everything we need was there. We were within 10 minute in downtown at river front park. Thank you.

“Wonderful, friendly, understanding and polite”

My wife and I had booked a trip to Spokane for her medical exam. We came from Montana and had got the Amtrak train to Spokane which didn’t get into Spokane until 2:30am.you could imagine my wife and I being extremely tired and needing a decent little bit of sleep. Prior to our trip I had phoned Oxford suits and explained the situation to one of the front desk staff he was called Ben. I explained we wouldn’t be able to check in until 3am due to the late arrival. The staff at Oxford were so accommodating. They allowed me to book the hotel room for the day before my arrival. And allowed my wife and I to check into the hotel in the early hours of the morning on February 8th 2024. Not many hotels allow this type of thing but the Oxford was so understanding and accommodating. The lady that checked us in when we arrived at the hotel was so polite and kind unfortunately didn’t catch her name but she was so kind. My wife and I are so appreciative for the hospitality and we will be sure to stay again the next time we have to come to Spokane. Thankyou so much. The bed was extremely comfortable and was just what we needed after a long night travelling on a train. So thank you so much!

“Great place to stay right on the river with nice perks for business travelers”

I loved that there was free breakfast (and a decent one at that, with a little something for everyone). For a business traveler that is a huge plus. I also loved the complimentary adult beverage tickets, also a really nice bonus for a solo business traveler. The rooms were well appointed, spacious, and clean, plus everything was in working order. I had some last minute work in the area on checkout day, so the complimentary hour late checkout allowed me to come back and shower before driving back home. The female bartender was a gem and other staff were friendly as well. I would definitely recommend it to others and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

“Great hotel in a great location”

Everything went well. All of the staff was great but special thanks to Dea for taking such good care of us during our stay. She made sure our bikes were safely inside and Nicole was nice enough to store our luggage when we arrived early. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, nice shower, and good Wifi. The breakfast was excellent. We really appreciated the freshly made breakfast each morning with lots of choices. The location was perfect for our bike rides and walks since the path is right outside the hotel. We would highly recommend this hotel. We liked it so much that we made sure we stayed at an Oxford Suites when we visited Redding on our way home.

Blankets were dirty . Food was not good room was not very clean

The room was large and well appointed. The view of the river was awesome as was the adjacency to the Riverwalk.
