This property is excellent in every way. It’s a beautiful place which was equipped with everything you need and more ie bean to cup coffee maker, ice maker and hot tub!! It has a huge terrace with stunning views of the surrounding coastline. It’s in easy walking distance to a lovely beach, shop and local restaurants and bars. Jaka was brilliant host who looked after us really well and was quick to respond to any questions we had and to help with local knowledge. Highly recommend and would stay there again without hesitation.

The attention to detail is extraordinary and we had everything and much more than we needed. We had a wonderful, wonderful time and a great holiday. There is everything one might need for holiday, all the amenities you can really think of or need. Really enjoyed the spa and BBQ outside, too. Thank you!

We all loved the view. It was so beautiful. It was fantastic to look at the sea and relax. It was very easy to go swimming and enjoy the atmosphere. I hope we can come back.

superb accommodation! the owner, dear Mrs. Ellen gave us a friendly welcome, and made herself available for any help during our stay. the house both inside and out is beautiful, attention was paid to every detail that will make vacation perfect. charming combination of rustic and modern interior with top equipment, and spotlessly clean. wonderfull backyard with hot tub overlooking the sea was fantastic addition to idyllic natural beach right below the house. the house is located in very peaceful environment, on a slope providing privacy, serenity and breathtaking view over the bay and Split coastline, but easily accessible and close to everything. spacious panoramic view terrace offers exactly what we hoped for while daydreaming about our perfect vacation in Dalmatia. highly recommended and we can’t wait to get back!

Seaview is an amazing apartment and we could not fault it. The view was stunning from the huge balcony and we loved the hot tub. The accommodation is exceptional and the beds were so comfortable. Our host, Jaka, was just so kind and could not do enough to help us. Excellent location, close to everything, and we had a lovely holiday. We will definitely be back!

“Very nice holiday home near the sea with a beautiful view”

Jaka is a very nice and helpful host. The house has two terraces with a amazing view on the sea and the Split strait. Appartment is very nice, apparently recently renovated. The kitchen equipment is perfect. Holiday house includes a dishwasher and a new washing machine including cleaning products. The rocky beach is a short walk from the aparman. This beach is not suitable for small children due quite difficult access to the water. There is a small grocery store on site for general needs.

“Perfect place to enjoy your vacation”

Apartment is on great location with beautiful Seaview. Actually is full house and the terrace is great with a roof so you can spend all day in shadow observing the see. Apartment is fully equipped so if you prefer cocking you can do easily or you can go to Splitska or Supetar and for sure you will find a restaurant which will meet your expectations. You have 69 steers to stone beach or you can use car to find the spot just for you. Ellen was very friendly and give us full support. For us was top 4 days we spend in Splitska this year and we can only recommend this place.

“Wonderful vacation!”

Beautifully furnished house with all necessary equipment. A really large terrace with a wonderful view of the nearby quiet bay and the distant mountainous coast. A few steps to the sea - good entry into the water for swimmers and kayaking. Nearby in the bay is a very nice pebble beach with a gradual entry into the water. Quiet environment - ideal for relaxation. In addition, we were pleased with the hot tub and room to store our kayak. The hosts were very nice and helpful.

We had a wonderful 1 week's stay at Seaview Residence. The hosts were very nice, friendly, and helpful. The house is only 10 minutes drive from Supetar ferry port in the quiet village of Splitska. The house is a 5 minute walk from the local restaurants and bars and from the small supermarket (Studenac) where you can buy all the basic groceries. We can safely say that the location, furnishing, and comfort level of the house are comparable to a suite in a 5-star hotel. The house has a large living room with a huge sofa bed and a high-tech television, a master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and another bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with a great shower and toilet, a separate toilet, and a kitchen. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, electric hob, and all kitchen utensils. The house is situated on a hillside so the terrace offers breathtaking views of the sea, the bay, and the mountains. The terrace was our favorite place to eat, sunbathe and relax. The jacuzzi next to the house was also a great place to relax and enjoy the sea view. It is just a few steps from the house to reach the excellent beach with clear water. We were so captivated by the house, the village, and the beach that we didn't feel like going anywhere else. We had one of the best holidays of our lives here. We will be back next year!

“Idyllic, relaxed and just what we were looking for, we will be back.”

Large open, comfortable rooms, with all the facilities you would want (there were 4 of us, 2 adults & 2 teenagers) Outdoor terrace perfect size with the most stunning views. We took our own inflatable kayaks and SUP which could be stored easily in the under house storage. Very short walk down the the water, which was clear as a bell in which we swam, snorkelled, kayaked and played. Short drive to main supermarket, walkable 5mins) to little supermarket and into Splitska for restaurants/bars. We’ve had exactly the holiday we wanted, relaxed, quiet, not touristy in the water. Jaka was available if needed for any questions, met us promptly on arrival. Will be recommending this place to all our friends.

Mr. Jaka is fantastic host, very helpful and kind. House is very clean, perfectly equiped and cozy. Ideal for everyone who wants to relax, enjoy in sounds of sea waves and seaview. Beach is only few staris below the house, and city (market, caffe bars) 5 min walk. Quiet neighborhood.

“It is simply superb if you are in search of pristine beauty and peace with great comfort!”

The place has been freshly renovated in superb quality, with excellent style and a warm heart! The house is absolutely beautiful, very spacious (we were a family of 4), elegantly furnished and spotlessly clean. Our favourite spot was the big terrace (we are speaking about ca. 25 sqm) , overlooking the sea and which is kept cool by the constant breeze from the sea - we were there when the temperature was 35+ Celsius degrees and we didn't need the air-conditioning on because the stone walls of the house kept most of the heat outside. The kitchen has everything that you'd need even for making elaborate meals, all the equipment are modern. There is also a nice garden, with an extra terrace and a barbecue place. As the apartment is on the steep hillside (hence the breath-taking view from the terrace), you take the stairs to reach the beach (1-2 minutes to walk down from your gate). We visited a couple of beaches on the island (yes, the famous ones, too) but we liked ours the most because it was the cleanest and it was nice to chill out in privacy and in peace, with only a handful of other people scattered around by the sea. Our stay was made even more pleasant by our wonderful hosts, Ellen and her husband, who live a couple of houses away and who gave us a warm welcome when we arrived and helped us when we needed during our stay.
