Very good location, steps from a big mall, 17 minutes from the old city, 30 minutes from the sandy beach. The apartment is clean and nice, it has everything you need, literally, nothing is missing. Just like the photos. There is a very delicious restaurant right under the apartment with cheap prices.

The property is very spacious and well equipped . It's opposite to joker mall, which is a nice place to eat out, shopping and very kids friendly with big play area. It's 1.5km from old city but mostly flat, so walkable

“Good place in Split”
The apartment is located at a convenient location next to a mall. Split old town is about 15-20 minutes’ walk. Communication with host was easy. They were at the location when we arrived and explained everything about the apartment. The apartment had all necessary amenities for stay and cook. Few reviews mentioned about AC not in the room, but we did not face any issue as the weather during our stay was pleasant.

All you need for a short stay in split. Very spacious, clean, comfortable. Excellent instructions to find and enter apartment. 15 mins walk for the old town.
