Villa Pauletta is set right in the centre of Split, just a 7-minute walk from Diocletian's Palace and 300 metres from Republic Square - Prokurative. The property, housed in a building dating from 18th century, features free WiFi. Beautiful villa in a great location short walk into old town. Villa was immaculately presented, and we were greeted on arrival with a selection of food and a bottle of wine. Villa was very comfortable, and we were also treated to lovely breakfast each morning presented in hamper which we were not expecting to be included when booked. We made good use of complimentary bikes on multiple occasions. Host kept in touch throughout stay to make sure everything was OK and we had everything we needed. This included setting up outdoor cinema for us and popcorn which was great. Host also organised very reasonable airport taxi transfer. Highly recommend this Villa.

“Utterly fabulous in every respect!!”
An utterly fantastic property, superbly situated, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly need - what makes this the best all-round home we have ever stayed in though, was the host, Tomi, and all the little extras they offer. We were due to arrive early, no problem, they were happy to take our bags and show us round the old town whilst the property was prepared, so kind and interesting. The breakfast that is delivered to your door each morning is simply stunning, not only in taste, but in the beautiful presentation. A wonderful all-round experience that we would highly recommend to everyone.

“Perfect place to stay in Split”
Couldn't have asked for a better stay than what we got. Villa itself was fantastic and plenty of space for 4 of us comfortably, the pool and the terrace were great additions in the heat. Couldn't possible say a bad word about the gents who run it either. Tomi was more than happy to help with anything and everything we needed, had suggestions picked out for us before we got there and was one of the friendliest hosts ive ever met. Good location only about a 10 minute walk from the other side of split centre but still quiet enough to get some sleep. Breakfast was great and the car saved us getting a bus ride when we wanted to explore a bit further. Honestly 10/10

“Exceptional stay, would highly recommend!”
Exceptional stay at Villa Pauletta. Immaculately clean accommodation and very friendly helpful hosts. Breakfast was superb and a lovely welcome each morning. The hosts made the holiday as they were always on hand for any queries, to arrange excursions etc. Great location, only 5-10 min walk from most of the popular sites. Fantastic pool, kept our son occupied for hours! Movie night was a real treat also. Could not recommend a stay at Villa Pauletta highly enough.

A stunning apartment with the most amazing attention to detail. A delicious breakfast delivered in a basket every morning - beautifully presented. The hosts were very warm and welcoming - approachable and helpful with any questions we had about Split. I would highly recommend staying in Villa Pauletta.

The villa is fantastic and Mirko and his wife are fantastic hots, for whom nothing is too much trouble! The breakfast they provided each day was delicious and fresh! Mirko and his father even kindly drove us to the ferry terminal upon our departure.

“A relaxing stay in the most beautiful accomodation”
Villa Pauletta is a beautiful property. It has been renovated to an exceptional standard with care and attention given to every single detail. The owners have considered every single detail to make your stay the very best that it can be. The location is just perfect as it is in a lovely quiet location but less than a 5 minute walk into the centre. The beautifully prepared breakfast was a true highlight each morning and the outdoor TV/cinema was a lovely way to spend one of our favourite evenings. We had the most amazing stay in Croatia and would love to return.
