“A Very Nice, Spacious Apartment”

A clean, modern, spacious, well equipped apartment. A small veranda allowed for sitting/eating outside but the apartment is in a residential area and the view was to a pavement and road. The off street parking was very welcome.

Anka apartment was the best one we stayed in Croatia (we stayed in 4 apartments and her one was the best). The master bedroom was enormous and photos don't do it justice. The location was perfect for walking to Diocletian's Palace, the beach and also Lucica restaurant by the harbour to watch the sunset (beautiful). Host really lovely.

“Home away from home”

It was a perfect stay! Owner was very helpful, Despite the language barrier (the owner speaks mostly German) we didn't face any major issues in communicating. There is also a dedicated parking facility which was very helpful as we were driving with a leased car. Owner has also provided a fully equipped kitchen. In summary a perfect house for a family. We found the house (overall neatness and cleanliness) even better than the pictures.

“Great location for visit to Split.”

Good location for access to Split old town and to Marjan park - both easy walking distance. Nice to have balconies off each room. Good AC in each room. Kitchen had the basics for a short stay. Owner was very kind and bought us fresh fruit twice during our stay and a small thank you gift. Communication was limited with her due to our language barrier but son was able to deal with any small difficulties quickly via WhatsApp.

The best accommodation ever and we have been to many places. Located in a beautiful villa, close to a huge park and many beaches. The host is a sweet and kind lady which provided us with welcoming cold drinks and made sure our stay there feels like home. There is air conditioning in each room, there are house rules for keeping silent and not disturbing the other guests (which for us was a plus as we are light sleepers). It is a pleasant 15-20 minutes walk to the old city centre. If we come back to Split, we will definitely book the same accommodation as we had a great time here. 10 out of 10!!!!

“great stay, walking distance to the old town - recommend for groups!”

Villa branko has 4 apartments of which 3 are rented out . I stayed in the 2bedroom one in basement. Peaceful location near beach and Marjan. Beautifully decorated house. With beach theme. The apartment has washing machine but no dishwasher or microwave. There is AC in one bedroom. The landlord speaks German but no English. There is street parking,the parking in front of the house is only fit for 2 small cars.

“Great stay at Villa Branko!”

Our flight was delayed and I had contact with our host to make she knows at what time we arrive. She replied very fast and was at the accommodation when we arrived there. She showed us the rooms and gave us some information.

Apartment looks to be very new and was well equipped with everything you would need for a few nights stay. Microwave, oven, coffee machine, cooktop etc. Washing machine available for a much needed wash after travelling for a few weeks. Very spacious with lots of room to move. 20 minute walk to the old town, which was superb. 15 minute walk to local beach.

Everything was great. The location was good and the apartment was nice, spacious and clean. The host was lovely as well.

“Great stay in Split.”

Very large spotless 2 bedroom apartment close to the old city walking distance approx 1 klm. Host was lovely she gave us 3 beers and washing liquid to do our laundry when we arrived on our bikes as it was very hot. Also gave us secure parking for our bikes. Highly recommend this apartment if you are visiting Split.

“Great location, lots of space.”

Lovely big main bedroom,good sized 2nd room. Good kitchen. Bathroom and shower fine. Small outdoor space although the owner offered the use of the upper terrace area ( we ate out so didn't use it). Pretty planting. Very near forest,lovely walks,small rocky beaches. Easy to walk to old town (12/15 minutes),both harbours (either side of peninsula) & beaches. Anka is very sweet and also allowed us a late check out which was so helpful. Would recommend this place!

“Very good apartment and great location.”

Apartment was very clean and well maintained. We were 4 adults and hence the studio apartment was a bit small for us. Location was very good. About 20 minutes walk to old town. Our host was friendly and helpful.

“Amazing host”

Amazing location with an only 20 minutes walk until you reach the city, everything is clean and nice and the host is the kindest host I have ever met, who even made us pancakes the evening before we left. I have nothing negative to add, we enjoyed our stay a lot and our host was very accommodating.

“Delightful stay!”

The apartment was lovely, had air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room. Everything was perfect and the hosts were delightful (but not very fluent in English, German was fine though)

We were made very welcome and were warmly brought watermelon. Very well located accommodation. I recommend for 4 people not more.
