“Beautiful memory of Split”

Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot. We had many nice restaurants for breakfast and dinner. We could walk to all the places within 20 minutes. It was very central but still quiet. People are very polite.

Location was excellent, near to everything. Host gave great recommendations for eating and was always available if we had any questions.

Firstly, we loved the location of this property. We arrived by bus to Split and it was a short 7 minute walk to the apartment. If you arrived by train or ferry it is a similar short walk. Also, the Riva in Split is an easy ten minute walk from the apartment so we needed no public transport at all during our stay. There were also very good restaurants available on the way to the Riva five minutes from the apartment plus a bakery and small grocery store. The loveliest surprise was that Bavice beach is 2 minutes walk from the apartment- wonderful. Secondly, the apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, clean and modern with a roomy balcony looking towards the port. Our weather was hotter than anticipated so effective air conditioning was a welcome relief in all the rooms. The apartment is on the third floor of a block ( elevator available) so it felt completely safe. Finally the communication with this property was excellent. The owner had been in touch by text and arranged for Damira to meet us to explain everything about the apartment and offer some helpful information in perfect English. These days, it is more common to access apartment keys by a key box so the personal touch was very much appreciated.

“Amazing Sea View Apartment near Bacvice Beach”

AMAZING LOCATION- 2 minutes from Bacvice beach and 5 minute walk into old town. Seaview from blacony. 3 bedrooms each with double bed, 2 bathrooms, air-conditioning throughout apartment, parking for car (we had a minivan and it fit). Restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. Big enough for family of 6 for 4 nights.

Love everything about it. The place is nicely done up and spacious. The bedroom, living room are of good size. Everything we need like detergent, toiletries like soap, shampoo n conditioner are provided. Love the balcony space where I can dry my clothes after wash where my clothes can also get some sun.

“Modern and clean apartment”

Comfortable spacious apartment unit within walking distance to city centre and Split harbour. Clean and well stocked with cooking utensils, crockery and cleaning detergents. Equipped with dishwasher and washing machine with space at the balcony for drying clothes.. The presence of a lift in the building is a huge plus for those of us with big suitcases.

Fantastic apartment in a great location. Ana & Maja were very helpful during our stay. I would highly recommend staying here. The view from the apartment is definitely better than that in the photos. Amazing sunset from the terrace.

Fabulous location, overlooking the port. Easy walk to port, town, restaurants and beach. Very nice apartment with deck overlooking the port and washing machine Friendly and obliging management. Great to have free parking onsite Lift to apartment

The apartment was Central, a 5 minute walk from Split Central, we arrived by bus and walked up to the apartment, there is a supermarket close by and the beach is just behind. The apartment was 2 bedroom a open kitchen dining, and a huge outdoor space., The apartment is well equiped, we were able to cook, do our washing. We were,on the ground floor so straight out the front door and 5 minutes your in Central. Restaurants close by if you don’t want to walk to Central. Nothing negative, we had a great stay.
