It’s same as the photos & descripción. The location is good, easy 20-30 minutes walk to centre & pier, very close to Marjan park Suma. The place is clean, the kitchen is well equipped, spacious Bathroom. Communication with Dina is very good.

“Appalling and dangerous”

The property is dangerous and a fire hazard. What is not in the description is that the room was completely internal with no access to fresh air. The window was internal overlooking the common hallway. If there was a fire there is no escape. The room barely fitted the bed. When I advised the hosts of flies in my bathroom her reply was: "I have flies in my house all of the time." Presumably her flies come in from outside her house through open windows? I do not understand how it is legal to let a property such as this. Nor do I understand how Booking.com could be associated with a property such as this. I will be very reluctant to rely on Booking.com in the future. This property is in short a death trap and should not be allowed to be used for accommodation.

“Beautiful apartment rental in split”

The location was very close to the city of Split. It was clean and I liked the set up. You have your own room and still have access to a shared kitchen. I hardly saw the other renters and it was quiet even with other people around. It was very clean and the check in/out was super easy. Plus I loved the lock box idea as I could keep the key in there when going out and not afraid to lose it while carrying it. The only thing that would've been better was to be given two cards instead of just one.

“Everything was perfect, cant wait to visit again!”

The location was great, everything was close or on a short ride with a Uber. The property was great, clean and chill vibe. Everything needed was provided and I even managed to wash my clothes, so basically I brought some stuff that was not needed.

“Clean and new, walking distance to the palace”

Very clean and new. The location is walking distance from city centre which is great for trips. There is no dedicated parking but I managed to park fairly close to the apartment every night (I was there for work and had to go to the office by car).

The description said apartment, not an apartment, but a room with a shower. The windows are barred right next to the sidewalk and it's very noisy. The floors are sticky and I was looking for 2 separate beds, but the lamps are screwed in at the end and the beds cannot be separated. So we got 2 beds assembled. And I don't even want to mention the inconvenience I experienced when I called the lady who claimed for an hour that she didn't get a reservation and that the room was dirty and not ready...!
