“Great apartment, great location, near old town center and close to the beach”

Great apartment, well placed in the city, Beach at 10-15 min walking distance, the old town center is very close and easily accessible. I recommend it for groups or families. We were 5 adults and 1 kid and we had enough space for everyone. I also recommend the Portas Pizza (3 min walk) for one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten,

Spacious and clean apartment that was well equipped for our stay. The location is very convenient to access all major local sites by walking. Furnishing and amenities are all of a very high standard and this makes the apartment a very comfortable and homely base from which to visit the area. Service from the hosts was excellent, as was communication during our stay. Check in and check out was simple. Information on the local area provided on arrival was detailed and helpful.

Everything. We had booked another place and got ditched by the host. We contacted booking.com and within the next few hours we found this place. The host (or the property management team) were so understanding. When they got to know about the issue we faced, they immediately agreed to take us in. Once we confirmed our booking, we were in the property in less than 10 minutes. The house was a total upgrade and at a great value, considering the last minute booking. It’s located right in the centre, you can walk anywhere anytime. The views and vibes are amazing. Every room is well equipped. Very clean, and spacious as well. The team/host also checks in on you to make sure you’re comfortable. I guess my friends and I lucked out in the end, thank you so much!

The location was really good, being so close to the old town. It was really neat, well maintained and had everything we would require. The beds were really comfortable also.

Fabulous apartment, set in a very central location only a few minutes walk from the Palace and town. Fully equipped with everything you might need. The apartment is very modern and exceptionally clean. The team was very responsive to our needs to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. The layout is set over 4 floors, so be aware of this as it may not be suitable for those less mobile or young children. Really enjoyed our stay.

The location was fantastic for visiting the old town and shops, with a perfect balcony overlooking the town. We found the beds extremely comfortable and the air con was very powerful to keep you cool. Bathrooms were stocked when we arrived, with plenty of hot water provided you remember not to confuse the light switch and the boiler switch, and kitchen had plenty of amenities including a panini machine which we made good use of. Smart TV had Netflix and other apps on which meant we spent plenty of time relaxing on the sofa, which was also comfortable.

The property was perfect for all 8 of us. Plenty of space with a large kitchen/living area. Excellent location, just a 2 minute walk from the Old Town and any bars/restaurants. Everything you would want from an apartment. The keys were easy to locate and the check-in and check-out instructions were clear and simple. If we had any queries, the team were on hand via booking.com, whatsapp, or via phone. We couldn't have asked for more and cannot recommend this property enough.

this property was in a fantastic location and had two kitchen areas and we were all accommodated in separate bedrooms. The rooms for nicely decorated. And one room had a nice balcony which we could sit out at and enjoy a glass of wine or two together and chat. we loved that it came with a fridge of microwave and all the essentials in the kitchen. They went over and above by supplying us with fruit. The instructions were easy to access, although we didn’t get the code till the day of. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the staff were there by message to answer any questions.

The location was perfect. walking distance to old town and waterfront.

the property looks great and is well located but just the whole apartment is divided into 4 floors which is not visible in the pictures and the last room on the top floor is a little suffocating other than that the property looks just like the pictures.

“Lovely apartment in the centre of Split”

Very central. Balcony was lovely and got a lot of sun in the evening. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms had air conditioning. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly and checked in to make sure we got into the property oaky and that we were enjoying everything. Would definitely recommend and would go back.
