“The most horrrible experience ever when travelling”

Avoid this place. They did not send any information about check in until I had to ask them by phone and via whatsapp. Really odd. Room was not cleaned. Bed sheets were dirty and former sleepers sleeping marks were seen in wrinkled sheets and the worst was that there was feaces marks in sheet. I took photos and sent them to provider and they had a nerve to insist that it was permanent marks. I have seen a few things in my life and I know what sh*t looks on sheets. They promised to change sheets next morning. I don’t know where I was supposed to sleep? In sh*tty sheets? I had to reserve room from a hotel and left immediately. Lost my money and they don’t have the nerve to admit they sheets were not changed.

It was what we were looking for, a bedroom with its own bathroom. It was close to all locations we needed to get to and walkable to them all. It was also quiet in the evenings which was great.

I do not recommend this accommodation (Summer Breeze luxury rooms), nor the owner of the accommodation, AdEx Travel company. You will not get the accommodation you have booked and paid for, but a much smaller, worse and cheaper room. The room was really worn out and in poor condition. The room does not match the pictures or information in the ad. We did not receive any compensation, nor did we receive any response to our complaint or request for compensation. Our messages and requests for contact were not answered at all. The owner of the apartment cannot be contacted at all. The people handling communication do not take responsibility for anything and do not fix the problems. I do not recommend.

Spotless clean and spacious

Only stated one night - location excellent for the market and the port. They let us keep our luggage there after we checked out.
