“Fantastic apartment in peaceful location”

Very clean and has everything we needed, instantly felt at home. We loved that it was close enough to walk to old town sights but in a quiet and relaxing neighbourhood. The owner was fantastic and gave great recommendations for the city, we loved it.

The apartment is fine, the bed is comfortable, and it's close to the Old Town. We only stayed for one day; the hostess was super friendly and helpful. The parking lot is large and enclosed, which is a plus. Parking in Split is expensive. We would have liked a coffee maker so we could have made breakfast there, but otherwise, everything was fine.

The location is perfect, a 5 minute walk to the main attractions. The owner is very nice and helpful. The private car park is a plus. The apartment is comfortable and spacious.

Our host, Ivana, was very accommodating and took the trouble to help us to the carpark, and even offered to park our very large car as the parking garage was extremely tight. She also came back early in the morning to help us with our luggage and out of the carpark again.

I loved everything about the apartment! It is wonderfully located in the centre of Split, within a walking distance to anywhere in the town. The host is kind and really helpful. The apartment was perfectly clean, it has everything you need, it is spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed is comfortable and pillows as well. Absolutely would stay again and recommend!

Everything works for us, location, wifi and there's even lift to 2nd floor. We truly enjoyed our stay. To top it off, Ivana was a great host and she puts you at ease. Is always good to have human contact when check in to a new environment. Thanks

Nice, cute little studio in the middle of split. Parking is further - 2 min walk from apartment, but secure. Very friendly and kind host.. gave us tips.. even let us use the room shortly again for the baby - top hospitality

Divni domaćini, odlična lokacija,apartman posjeduje sve za ugodan boravak. Uredno, čisto, sve preporuke. Takođe imate obezbjeđeno parking mjesto što je takođe jedan veliki plus.

The host Ms Ivana was very friendly and accommodating as we had to change our booking and check in times due to bad weather. When we arrived, she was very kind to introduce Split to us and made us feel at ease in the city. The recommendations that she gave were good and she offered help very generously. Best host during our stay in Croatia! The accommodation was clean and well organised. It was well equipped with basic necessities. Best part will be that it is located very near to old town where you can find attractions and food within 5-10min walk.

“Great place, I’d stay here again”

Wonderful location near the center of Split. The apartment that we stayed in looked smaller in the pictures shown on Booking but it turned out to be quite a spacious place (great enough for 3 people). The area where the building is located is pretty quiet but within a walking distance from the center. The apartment itself had everything we needed for our stay and the hostess was really friendly and responsive.

Everything was perfect . The owner was really helpful and come to greet us on the first day and suggested us where to go and eat.

Friendly staff, good location, clean and a comfortable bed. If you plan to stay in Split for a few days, definitely do consider this place.

“Absolutely perfect”

Everything was perfect! Super comfy, efficient AC, super clean, kitchen and bathroom has all you need. The host was super nice and even allowed us to have an early check-in. Car park is super secure. 5 min walk to the old city, less than 10min walk to be in the heart of the Diocletian palace.

Everything is ok

What I really liked is that the host gave us some advice where to go and what to visit because we had traffic so we were left with some limited amount of time. It was really helpful

Host is more than great!!! She was waitng until I got and drew the map where I should go. I traveld with two kids and she allowed us to stay late until 1pm. Cleaning, location, kindness. All is the best! You can cook in the kitchen There is a marker nearby. Actually all is near. Will visit again definately!!! Two thumps up! Higly recommend for couple, family, and everyone!

Great location, only a few minutes from Old Town. Ivana, the host, made the best impression! She met us when we arrived, walked us to the parking garage, and gave us the best recommendations for the area! The room is very nice and comfortable.
