Overview
Situated in the historical town of Stobreč, Rooms and Apartments Porat offers well-lit spacious rooms just 10 metres from the beachfront. Nestled on the scenic Split Peninsula, the Porat offers rooms with sea views and satellite TV, as well as barbecue facilities and a ground-floor restaurant on site. The town of Stobreč is located just 5 km from the famous tourist destination of Split and 22 km from Split Airport. Guests can explore the Diocletian’s palace, St. Duje’s Cathedral or hike on the well-known hill overlooking the town, the Marjan. Rooms and Apartments Porat provides access to numerous entertainment options with a wellness centre and a casino just 300 meters away. Guests can enjoy the sandy beach located only 150 meters from the property. A bus stop is located within a 150 meter radius, but the Porat offers airport shuttle service which is charged extra and can be arranged upon request.

“Lovely place to stay”
The person who welcomed us is very kind and flexible. Predrag: thank you for having taken such good care of us We could even let our luggage the day when we left and have 2 towels to still enjoy the beach before the airport! The view is very beautiful, just in front of the port, sea and mountains

“A very relaxing and carefree trip”
I really liked the location, the fact that we have parking, and most of all, I liked the communication with landlord , who is wonderful and always willimg to help at any time of day or night .

“We loved every minute”
A great spot in its own right, close to restaurants and some lovely beaches. A regular bus to Split for about €2 that takes 20 minutes or so. Comfortable and clean apartments that were basic but had great views.

“Lovely owner, comfortable room and convenient to get into Split.”
The property was very clean and in a great location in Stobrec close to several beaches and loads of places to eat and drink and supermarkets. The best part for us was that the bus station is a 2 minute walk from the apartment so it’s easy to get into Split (25 mins on bus) and makes day trips stress free and cheaper. The view from the balcony was lovely. Predrag the owner is also lovely and has a nice bar/restaurant below the apartments so it’s easy to get in touch if you have any problems. He let us keep our suitcase in the reception on our last day after checkout. The room was great; big wardrobe and bathroom and also a clothes horse to dry any washing you have. We didn’t have breakfast included so can’t comment on that. :)

“Great apartment. Great view.”
This was a great apartment in a beautiful area. The balcony has fabulous views. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. The bus stop is 2 minutes walk and its 2 euro into Split . ( 25 mins ) The bed was very comfortable and it had everything we needed . The owner was very helpful and good to us. I would highly recommend staying here.

Comfortable place to stay, apartment was clean. We had nice view on the dock and sea. Beach is very close maybe one minute walking from Porat. We also had good breakfast. Owners were very kind and helpful. I will recommend for visit to my family and friends.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, towels changed every 2 days, but for us it was okey. Close to everything you need - resto, beaches, markets, transport.

“Cosy stay by the beach.”
Really lovely place very close to the beach. The room was very clean and cozy. The hosts are extremely warm and welcoming. Definitely recommend this place!

“Summer trip with a friend”

“Comfortable”
Room had all the facilities and comfort needed A spacy balcony with table and comfortable chairs. An amazing view on the harbor and mountains from the balcony. Bus station to split 1 minute walk Breakfast is served in the restaurant under the rooms. Staff was very nice and friendly, the man who rented out the rooms gave tips about places to visit and how to get there.

Good location, great bed, free parking reserved fpr guests. The room is a bit old but expected for the price. Would recommend.
