Located a few steps from the ancient Diocletian’s Palace in Split, Rooms Stambuk offers air-conditioned modern apartments with free Wi-Fi. The sandy Bačvice Beach can be reached in a 10-minute walk. The Stambuk offers accommodation units with air conditioning and LED cable TV. Some rooms have a balcony that overlooks the garden. All units come with a private bathroom. A large summer garden provides a nice shade for outdoor dining. Main Bus and Train Station are just 200 metres away, as is the Split Ferry Port. Boats to the surrounding islands dock every few hours. Split Airport is 15 km away. Supermarkets, restaurants, shops and cafés can all be reached within a 2-minute walk. Bačvice Beach also offers a rich nightlife, while the Peristil Square and the Riva Promenade provide a perfect spot for an afternoon walk.

“Perfectly located apartment”
We just stayed one night but it was perfect for our needs. Even though we were on a late flight Iris met us at the property and showed us around. The location is ideal literally on the doorstep of the old town and the Diocletians Palace and right beside the transport hub of ferry port, bus station and train station. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with air-con and good shower in the en-suite. All in all a short but very enjoyable stay.

Close to the old city, quite nice interior. Separate heater in bathroom - just great when it's cold outside! Very good contact with the owner, WiFi without issues, comfortable bed. Everything what you need for a sleepover.

Iris and her husband were lovely. She replied promptly to messages. The room was big, comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything you might need. For me, the location in a quiet area with amenities was perfect, yet close to the city center. Since the city center is quite noisy, I was happy to stay there.

The appartement is at the fourth floor of the building with no elevator. But it is well located and it was good value for money.
