“Great location, stunning view and comfortable appartement”
Excellent location. Beautiful appartement in a building with a lift and an exceptional view of the Riva, overlooking the sea. The bedrooms are very quiet and there are 2 toilets. Close to the old town, the boat excursions and the shops.

“Great stay at the best location in Split”
Top notch location! Right at the Riva promenade by the sea. Everything you need is around you. Still Quiet to sleep. Beautifull old apartment with charm. Plenty of space and great seaview over harbour. Comfortable bed.

Excellent location with fantastic view of entire waterfront. Can't get any better in Split Unit is spacious, clean, and exactly as advertised. Very convenient check-in and out with key drop in coded key box.

Location,location,location Everything clean and functional. Clear instructions for access which worked very well though be aware this apartment is in between the pillars and not easy to spot. Everything was so near by and it was good value for money. Appreciated great ac as hot weather and also the excellent shower. Thank you for letting us stay.

What a place! Perfect location, just steps away from both the vibrant Riva waterfront and the beautiful old town … very comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms and living room - views across the Riva and the sea at the front and the old town at the back are just amazing! A real pleasure and privilege to stay here

Amazing location. Very tidy and clean. Beds were extremely comfy. Very easy check in / check out experience. Very helpful and informative hosts! Hosts were very accommodating and allowed us to leave luggage in early and helped/supported us with any questions or concerns :) (I would have personally liked to see the hosts in person and have an introduction to the apartment however not the biggest deal, lacked a certain personal experience)
