Riva Luxury Rooms is set in the center of Split. Nestled in a traditional stone house protected as a cultural monument, it is just steps away from the Riva Promenade and 100 meters from UNESCO-listed Diocletian's Palace. “Vibrant apartment. Easy access to waterfront.”
The apartment was renovated very well. With beautiful stone walls and vibrant colours. Everything we needed. The host Natalie was very friendly and professional. Parking available very close. 20€ p/n. Room serviced if needed.

“Great short stay in lovely apartment”
Central location, lovely clean rooms and friendly helpful staff at check in. Tea/ coffee facilities , mini fridge and safe. They also organised an airport transfer for us and the driver was on time and really friendly.

Love the location. The receptionist was extremely helpful and personable. Room was modern and tastefully done. Excellent value for the price. Easy walk to all the areas of interest. I liked that umit had a hair dryer and iron. A kettle, coffee machine, tea, sugar and instant coffee provided. Mini fridge as well. I would stay again

Spacious room, we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with a sea view and appreciated how everything we wanted to see and do was within a very short walk. Very friendly staff!

The property was very centrally located, close to the promenade and old town, the room was very spacious and clean, and the shower had great pressure, and the instructions for check in were very well communicated. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect – very central and convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious, with a large bathroom, and we really appreciated the nice tea and coffee station in the room. A special thank you to Natalia, who cleaned the room immediately after the previous guests checked out, which made it possible for us to check in already at 11 am. Her kindness and effort were truly appreciated and made our arrival so much smoother. Overall a fantastic experience – comfortable, well located, and with excellent service. We would definitely stay here again.
