Great stay! Have available some amazing recommendations for things to do / places to eat, especially so you can avoid the tourist traps! The room was clean and beautifully presented. If you are up for a bit of a hike up the stairs the view is well worth it!

Apartment in the Hub on Riva, next door was supermarket and Catholic Church.Small balcony in apt 5, Apt 3 has a larger one. Mima our host was an angel, very accomodating with a beautiful smile!!

My primary complaint about this property is that they listed air conditioning as an amenity, but the air conditioner didn’t work. All the temperature controls in the Riva City’s group of rooms are networked, and they were all set to the heat setting rather than the cool setting. (With no way for me to change it.) I was hot all night and slept very poorly. There was also no reception area or anyone to speak with about this when I was going to bed. As a result, I spent 15 minutes unsuccessfully trying to get the air conditioner to work. They emailed me later to inform me that it wasn’t able to cool my room. There were multiple other problems with this room as well. After I left the apartment, they sent me an email thanking me for staying, but they specifically (and probably intentionally) omitted the link to review their property. I had to log into Booking.com and search for past trips in order to write this review. I assume they have done the same to other people who weren’t satisfied, so don’t believe their high average review scores.

Close to center old town, easy access

Great location we lucked out and hit town weekend of Split anniversary celebrations. Were able to watch live concerts 2 nights in a row from balcony. Easy access to port , bused and shops. Right in old town. Recommend having balcony as shown in picture- room 3. Staff responded quickly to questions. Would stay again

Fantastic location. Great value for money. Clean towels every day. Easy access with key codes for the doors. Tea and coffee making facilities. Supermarket next door to buy milk, beer etc. extremely comfortable bed, I slept very well in Split. We had everything we needed for a lovely holiday.

Riva City Rooms was an exceptional stay, with everything from booking to departure an absolute pleasure. Communication was great, and latitude with our later than expected arrival was much appreciated. The room was clean and cozy, and located a stones throw from cafes, bars and restaurants, as well as the harbour.
