2 bedrooms are quite big. The location is excellent. Also have its own car park. The property comes with lift.

“A superb stay, our first visit to Croatia.”
Superb stay. Location is ideal for us within 10 minutes walk of old town. Excellent high quality & clean fixtures fittings. Plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. Good wifi, parking available. The host Antonia was just great in her helpfulness & recommendations. Ideal for couples. Apartment is tranquil & quiet. Split is ideal location to explore the region. Will definitely visit again hopefully soon!

The apartment was beautiful and in an excellent location. The caretaker, Antonia, was lovely. She was proactive with her communication before arrival and made us feel very welcome upon arrival.

“A SUPER APARTMENT....just a 10 mins walk from the centre...”
A super, modern and very clean apartment! Getting there was slightly tricky .... We had private secure parking for our week there! Antonia, in particular was a tremendous asset to making our stay comfortable! We would definitely recommend these apartments and would happily return if we were ever in the area again!

“Good place to stay close to Old Town.”
The hotel's location was good being within 15 minutes walk of the old town. We received a large clean apartment with two bedrooms, bathrooms and a comfortable kitchen. Supermarkets were about 5 minutes away. Air conditioning and WiFi worked well. The staff reached out to us to coordinate our arrival time so they would be ready to meet us.

“Perfect”
All communications with the staff at the property were quick and concise. Antonia was great on reception and made us feel very welcome after a very early start in the UK. The location was perfect, a short walk uphill from the old town. The apartment was huge, clean and well appointed. Loved staying here, it was an extremely relaxing start to our holiday. Loved listening to the local peacock population too. Well done to Residence, would definitely recommend to friends, and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Good location, a short stroll from the palace and 5 minutes walk from a Tommy supermarket. Good sized, clean two bed apartment. Good showers / bathrooms. Comfortable bed. On site parking (at a cost). Antonia was super helpful.

The apartments were large, very comfortable and very well equipped. Antonia was incredibly helpful with all our needs. There were 8 of us occupying 5 apartments and all agreed that everything was perfect.

“Good accommodation and close to Split old town with all its sights and eateries.”
Modern high spec fixtures and fittings. Good quality linen and towels. Secure parking which for me is a little bit excessive with a charge of €20 per night. Anna our receptionist person was helpful and a genuinely nice person. Good location 10 mins walk to everything.
