Set right in the heart of the UNESCO-listed Diocletian’s Palace, Palace Augubio offers elegant rooms housed in the Renaissance palace. Free Wi-Fi is provided. The Cathedral and Peristil Square are just steps away. Located on the 2nd floor of a building with no elevator, the rooms are decorated with stone wall elements and furnished with solid wood furniture. Location is excellent-a little hard to find but that is expected in a car- free area! Right in the centre of town- you can see the cathedral from the balcony but surprisingly quiet

“Stay in a Palace”
Loved the bed and decor. The walls made it feel like a Palace. Awesome location in the old town and above a great restaurant. Only 3 guests so had it to ourselves really and loved the help yourself fully stocked coffee and tea bar.

Very friendly service and hostess. Clean room. Excellent location. As a nice addition to the apartment, coffee and tea are available. There is a cozy restaurant downstairs, where we enjoyed breakfast.

“Super place to stay in Split”
Location is perfect, and easy to get around, making trips back and forth between sightseeing really easy. Ivana is a lovely host and very responsive. The room was comfortable and super clean, with the most powerful shower I think I have ever encountered- so good! The morning coffee is very appreciated, a quick local trip to the bakery and relax in the common area is lovely. The taxi service was super as well, and took the pressure off having to arrange our own. Really loved our stay.

Was like walking into a storybook - room is IN the palace walls of old Town. Very spacious room, wonderful host, and the little breakfast area offers all inclusive access to coffee and tea.

Location was unbelievable- just above the main square in diocletians palace- we absolutely loved it! Staff fantastic- couldn’t be more helpful! Bells ring at 12 and 7 but we were fast asleep so no issue for us!

“Fab spot for couple of days in Split”
Great building and being located right in the Palace felt really special, albeit no getting away from the fact it is definitely noisy from 6am church bells until midnight festivities in the streets. We put in earplugs and loved walking out into the special surroundings in the morning. Bed seemed way too squishy for us but was actually super comfy. Nice olive oil shampoo. Fantastic hot drink table in the communal area - good coffee. Couple flights of stairs to get up, plus steps into the old town - recommend entering from Hrvojeva Street for least stairs. You're near Lvxor with live music in the eve - worth a stop. Also, Fig downstairs was fab. We didn't see any staff but self check in was straightforward and Ivana was very responsive to messages.

Easy booking, the owner provided all the necessary details for a seamless check-in. Also they allowed us to keep our luggage in a safe place until we left in the evening. Great, central location and good sized room.
