“BEWARE!! Intrusive noise from next door music school ruins this nice apartment.”

Anything I liked about the property was overshadowed by the intrusive noise from the next door music school which had different instruments including many pianos, clarinets, oboes etc all playing simultaneously in different rooms creating a discordant sound which echoed throughout the apartment from 8.00am - 19.00pm. The kitchen was well-equipped and the apartment had a nice layout.

Everything!!! Spacious, comfortable, very clean and everything was provided - even the little things in the bathroom and kitchen! The fridge was stocked! Vibes were great and so many different lighting options

“Iconic Old Town Split stay with the best host ever”

Everything. Could not get a better location in Split, right in the middle of Old Town. Accommodation was modern, cool (on what were very hot days) and came with everything you could possibly need as well as things you didn’t know you needed! The host, Brandimir, welcomed us at the airport like we were visiting family and saw us off at the ferry terminal two days later. Cannot recommend this stay highly enough

Excellent vacation rental in the middle of the old town. Extremely spacious, great kitchen, dining room and living area. Especially appreciated the washing machine and dryer. Host Branimir was friendly and accommodating, meeting us when we arrived.

Simply put, what is there not to like! The Old Town Luxury House is beautiful and quaint, impeccably clean with a charming interior. Branimir, our host, was hospitable, friendly and took the effort to ensure this surprise getaway for my wife's birthday was extra special. The home is centrally located within the old part of Split, accessed by a private courtyard which made it a quiet and secure getaway - a beautiful hidden gem which exceeded expectations. We were received locally and introduced to the immediate area and the property, with a lovely tour of the home and facilities. The high-end finishes, attention to detail and architectural design were superb. A highlight of our trip to Croatia and our easiest recommendation yet.

Good location and room was great !!! And best location to old town. Parking lot was not so far but good to warking from house. Room size was great and facilities was perfect. Only, some music sound was small noise but not very hurt.^^

It is central and quite. The only accommodation that I have had so far with enough possibilites to hang towels and cloth. And I travel a lot. Perfectly equipped appartment. The host was amazing, gave us a lot of tips and background information. He picked us up form the airport. We will come back!

The house is in a perfect location. If you need to stay in Split Old town then this is the place to be. Its exactly as advertised. Its clean and comfortable. Its right next to bakeries, gelateria, and lots of really good restaurants.

This home was absolutely magnificent and in the heart of the old town. It is beautifully renovated and the layout is amazing, super comfortable and unique. The host is the most wonderful person, who takes care of every detail, including airport transfers, restaurant reservations and even arranged an evening at the opera for us. It was unbelievable!!!

Our host was incredibly helpful with transport to the property, advice on where to go whilst there and settling us in. The property is right in the old town, so a terrific position. However, it is incredibly quiet inside the courtyard and property.

This is a top quality property which was not only historic itself but also perfectly located for any visit to Split. There are local amenities everywhere around including convenience stores, bakeries and every kind of restaurant you could imagine.

Branhimir was the perfect host. He coordinated with our driver to met us and escort us to the property. He stocked the fridge on our arrival with breakfast options (which was very much appreciated). The modern apartment is perfectly located with all the comforts you will need for a stay in Split. Amazing stay!
