Located in the historic part of Split just steps away from the Diocletian's Palace, Marmontova Luxury Rooms offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi, LCD cable TV sets, minibars and floor heating. Breakfast is served in a restaurant on the Riva promenade, a short walk away from Marmontova Luxury Rooms. The Secession-style building combines modern interior with authentic historical elements. It is set in the pedestrianised Marmontova Street featuring several shops and restaurants. The splendid Riva Promenade is only 100 metres away, while the ferry port and the bus and train stations can be reached in a 10-minute walk.

“Beautiful location, beautiful hosts, beautiful city.”
The property was centrally located, the hosts were super informative and very helpful. Rooms were cleaned daily, air conditioned and just a few steps from a variety of restaurants and the Riva. No lifts and four flights of stairs, but the building was so beautiful so that easily compensated for no lifts.

Very modern,reasonable size,quiet,beds were comfortable. Pleasant hosts. We missed email regarding informing expected time of arrival,so had issues getting in. Email was on same day as arrival. Email should be sent earlier due to sometimes spotty reception while travelling.
